Krystal Richardson-Dumitriu is a Partner in the Litigation Department of Lex Caribbean’s Trinidad and Tobago office.

Krystal obtained a double major Bachelor’s Degree in Literature and History from the University of the West Indies prior to pursuing and obtaining an LLB (Hons) and Certificate of Legal Education (Hons.).

Prior to joining the firm in September 2018, Krystal spent three years as a Judicial Research Counsel, working alongside a High Court Judge at the Judiciary of Trinidad & Tobago and over three years as a Litigation Associate at another leading Law Firm. In her seven years of practice, Krystal has had invaluable exposure to many areas of civil litigation and a keen eye for detecting potential contentious issues on various corporate and commercial matters.

Krystal was admitted to practice in 2011 and is a member of the Law Association of Trinidad & Tobago.

In her spare time Krystal enjoys writing, reading and lending her hand to the betterment of the community. She is an active member of the Global Shapers Worldwide Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum.
