Marilyn Parsad joined the San Fernando Trinidad practice in October 2011 as an associate in the Conveyancing Department .Marilyn did her Bachelor of Laws degree externally with the University of London while employed with a financial institution. She later resigned from her Managerial position there to attend the University of Wolverhampton , England where she completed her post graduate studies in Law and graduated in 2005. She was called to the Local Bar of the Supreme Court of Judicature in Trinidad and Tobago in 2006 and is a member of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago. Marilyn is also an Associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
Marilyn worked at a local Financial Institution for 29 years and her experience there is of great value and benefit in dealing with our clients in the Conveyancing practice. She is very familiar with the many security documents used in the Real Estate area such as Guarantees, Debentures and Mortgages as well as with the Banking and Company Laws.
