Nadia obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus in 2006 and her Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in 2008 and St. Lucia 2017.
In 2019 she was awarded a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law (Merit) from the University of Salford in Manchester, UK.

Nadia obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus in 2006 and her Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in 2008. She is admitted to practice in Barbados (2008) and St. Lucia (2017). In 2019 she was awarded a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law (Merit) from the University of Salford in Manchester, UK.
Nadia has significant experience in Contract Drafting and Negotiation, Mergers and Acquisitions, and General Corporate Advisory matters. Nadia has a solid background in Telecommunications and Technology including complex legal and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining the Lex Caribbean Group, Nadia served in senior in-house counsel roles in global legal teams where she was responsible for protecting the legal interests and supporting the business growth of large multi-national companies operating in the Caribbean and Asia Pacific markets. While in the Caribbean she was responsible for the Legal and Regulatory function of 9 markets in the Eastern Caribbean. In 2014, she undertook a secondment where she successfully led a team of local lawyers in Yangon Myanmar. In 2018, she relocated to Singapore. During her five-year stint in Singapore, Nadia served as a Legal Consultant for a Telecommunications Company there covering Singapore, Australia and New Zealand markets. She later joined the global legal team for a Japanese multinational company where she served as a Legal Counsel.
Nadia has wide-ranging experience solving issues which arise in business and providing legal and regulatory advice to the C-suite and diverse stakeholders leading to strong stakeholder engagement and relationship development skills.
A highly adaptable, self-motivated, dynamic individual with a good legal track record and can-do spirit, Nadia is diligent, proactive with a demonstrated excellent, legal and business judgment and strategic thinking.
An effective communicator, implementing a long-term approach to build and maintain robust relations with key partners, Nadia possesses the ability to think outside the box, articulate well and advocate effectively.
In her down time, Nadia volunteers with Variety the Children’s Charity of Barbados and the Save Foundation in the areas of Advocacy, Mentorship and Governance. Nadia enjoys sailing and holds two International Yacht Training Sailing Licenses. She is a huge fan of yoga and travelling.
