Shane Kingston

Shane Kingston is a Senior Associate in the firm’s International Business department.
Shane was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2014, the Bar of Trinidad & Tobago in 2015, and the Bar of Barbados in 2019. 

Since being called in Barbados Shane has been practicing corporate commercial law in Barbados’ international business sector and has been involved in a range of cross border finance transactions, real estate, and commercial advisory matters where overseas clients interface with Barbados’ legal and regulatory landscape. Prior to this, Shane worked at some of the leading litigation chambers in Trinidad and Tobago with a practice focused on civil litigation and commercial dispute resolution, representing clients in the High Court and Court of Appeal of Trinidad and Tobago, as well as cross border commercial arbitration.

Shane’s current practice includes securities, conveyancing, and working with clients in the construction industry, with a focus on drafting/negotiating contracts, and project administration to avoid disputes and ensure project success.
