The EU [confirmed] May 17, 2019, that Barbados is a cooperative jurisdiction in global tax transparency and fair taxation, and has thus been removed from the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions.
Barbados joins Aruba and Bermuda in being removed from the blacklist, having “made commitments at a high political level to remedy EU concerns”. It is now considered a jurisdiction that has undertaken sufficient commitments to reform its tax policies.
